Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

All new RouteCleanly accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin your trial. You will not be charged anything during the trial period.

If you do not activate a paid plan before or during your trial, your account access will be restricted to read-only when the trial ends. You will never be automatically charged without explicitly choosing a paid plan.

2. Canceling a Paid Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your RouteCleanly account. There are no cancellation fees.

When you cancel, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. You will retain access to your account until the end of the current paid period. After that, your workspace will be locked.

Cancellation stops future renewals — it does not reverse charges that have already been processed.

3. Monthly Plans

Monthly subscriptions are billed each month on your renewal date. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancel before your renewal date. If you cancel after the renewal date, you will retain access for the remainder of that paid month.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment and renew annually. To avoid being charged for the next year, cancel before your annual renewal date. If you cancel after the annual renewal, you retain access for the remainder of that paid year.

5. Refunds

RouteCleanly does not generally provide refunds for subscription fees already paid. This includes partial-period refunds when you cancel mid-cycle.

Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • Where required by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
  • If RouteCleanly determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is warranted based on the specific circumstances.

6. Account Data After Cancellation

After your account is locked, your data is retained for 90 days to allow for reactivation. After 90 days, data may be permanently deleted. If you need your data exported before deletion, contact us at lumen.desenvolvimentoweb@gmail.com.
