1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information RouteCleanly collects, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding it. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
Account information: Name, email address, company name, and role when you register or are invited to the platform.
Business data: Client records, service addresses, job schedules, recurring appointments, team and cleaner assignments, invoices, payment records, and cleaner pay information that you enter into the Service.
Payment information: Billing address and payment method details. Card numbers are transmitted directly to and stored by our payment processor — RouteCleanly does not store full card numbers on its servers.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, timestamps, IP address, browser type, and device information collected automatically when you use the Service.
Communications: Messages you send to our support team.
3. SMS Messaging and Consent
RouteCleanly enables cleaning companies to send transactional SMS messages to their clients, including invoice notifications and payment receipt confirmations.
How consent is obtained
Clients provide their phone number directly to the cleaning company when booking a service or creating a client profile. By providing their phone number, clients consent to receive transactional SMS messages from their cleaning company through the RouteCleanly platform. These messages are limited to billing communications such as new invoice notifications and payment receipts.
Message types
- Invoice notifications — informing the client that a new invoice is ready.
- Receipt confirmations — confirming that a payment has been received.
- Schedule-related transactional updates for active clients sent by the cleaning company.
Opt-out
Clients may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. After opting out, no further messages will be sent to that number. Reply HELP for assistance.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies depending on the activity of your cleaning company account. Message and data rates may apply. RouteCleanly does not charge separately for SMS delivery.

We share your data with these providers only as necessary to deliver the Service. Phone numbers and email addresses are transmitted to SMS and email providers solely for message delivery.
