Terms of Service

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or otherwise accessing RouteCleanly (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or otherwise legally authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of a business, to use RouteCleanly.

RouteCleanly is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) tool designed to help cleaning businesses manage scheduling, recurring jobs, cleaner and team assignments, optimized routes, invoices, and cleaner pay. Features vary by subscription plan.

RouteCleanly is an operational tool. It does not provide legal, tax, accounting, payroll, employment, or compliance advice. Route planning and scheduling features are provided as organizational aids — results may vary based on traffic conditions, address quality, user input, and other external factors.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into the Service, including client information, job details, addresses, cleaner records, invoices, pay calculations, and any tax or labor compliance requirements applicable to your business.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at lumen.desenvolvimentoweb@gmail.com. RouteCleanly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to all features included in the selected plan. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access is restricted to read-only until you choose a paid plan. We do not charge your payment method until you explicitly activate a paid subscription.

5.1 Plans. RouteCleanly offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually, as described on the pricing page. Feature availability varies by plan.

5.2 Automatic Renewal. Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using the payment method on file. Canceling before the renewal date stops the next charge; it does not remove access before the current paid period ends.

5.3 Annual Plans. Annual subscriptions are billed as a single upfront payment and renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date.

5.4 Payment Processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. RouteCleanly does not store your full card details. By providing payment information, you authorize RouteCleanly to charge your payment method for all amounts due.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your workspace will be locked. You remain responsible for all charges incurred before cancellation. Fees are generally non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly approved by RouteCleanly on a case-by-case basis. See our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without written permission.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written permission.
• Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's integrity or performance.
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through the Service.

You retain all ownership of data you enter into RouteCleanly (“Your Data”). By using the Service, you grant RouteCleanly a limited license to process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Data. Our handling of personal information is governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Service, including all software, design, and content created by RouteCleanly, is owned by Lumen Desenvolvimento Web and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights in the Service.

RouteCleanly does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance in advance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUMEN DESENVOLVIMENTO WEB (OPERATOR OF ROUTECLEANLY) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ROUTECLEANLY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. ROUTECLEANLY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lumen Desenvolvimento Web and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Data, or your violation of these Terms.

RouteCleanly may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by updating the date above and, for material changes, by displaying a prompt within the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, where Lumen Desenvolvimento Web is headquartered. [Note: This section should be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before relying on it.]
